Some useful information for those who, beyond a simple visit, would like to acquire a print to embellish a wall with a memory of this little part of the world.
This site contains more than 6,000 images and I understand very well the fact of not being able to view them all and especially to memorize them. Individuals but mostly professionals, if you want to put aside the images that inspire you, use the Lightbox without moderation.
What is a Lightbox?
Lightbox allow you to select images, save that selection, and share it with others, with comments.
A new Lightbox is created as soon as a visitor first clicks the Add to Lightbox button. To access the Lightbox later, a visitor must either save it on their account (by creating an account on the site if necessary). When a Lightbox is saved, it receives its own URL and can be shared.
Visitors with an account can register and manage multiple viewers. From the viewer page on the site, they can easily switch between their viewers and the ones you (or others) shared with them by email. When a connected visitor shares a Lightbox, the recipient must sign in or sign in to edit the viewer (not required to view the Lightbox).
Production of prints
A photo being made to be printed and exposed, the most difficult part is the choice of papers and media. I give you below a brief description of the options available on this site. All prints are professionally processed with the best components available for quality preservation and durability of the work. To facilitate delivery times and delivery, two suppliers are available, in France and Mauritius.
Payment and security
The payment functions are managed by Paypal. No data is stored on our website; transactions are thus very secure. You can pay with your Paypal account or by credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, other cards). If this payment system does not suit you, we can send you an invoice. For that, do not hesitate to contact me.
As the platform of the site does not deal with the Mauritian currency (MUR), prices are displayed and processed in Euros and US Dollars. For those wishing to pay in MUR, please send me a quote request through the appropriate link or through the contact page. For those dealing in euros or dollars, the procedure is automated and you only have to follow the steps.
Delivery
It takes between 2 to 4 weeks of delivery time.
Shipping / Customs
Prices shown do not include shipping costs. These will appear on the window before payment confirmation. Any customs fees may apply to the receipt of parcels. These depend on each country of destination.
Colors and densities
The colors of the printed works may differ from those shown on your screen. To avoid this problem, please make sure that all areas of the following gray chart are visible on your screen (and without color cast). If this is not the case, we recommend that you adjust your screen.
Conservation
As with any photographic print, avoid exposing it to direct light and heat.

Inkjet Printing : From your digital photo file, we make a C-print on true photographic paper. Perfect alliance between historical knowledge and modern digital technology, our C-prints satisfy the most demanding customers in terms of quality and conservation.
Alu Mounted Print : We mount your print on a 2 mm aluminium plate. On the back, we fix an alu inside subframe, set at 5cm from the border.
*Dibond Mounted Print : We mount your photo on a 2 mm or 3 mm Dibond plate. Because of its lightness and rigidity, dibond is art galeries' favorite media. It is made up of 2 thin aluminium plates hedging a black polyethylene plate for optimal strength. On the back, we fix an alu inside subframe, set at 5cm from the border.
*Acrylic Mounted Print : The acrylic mounted inkjet print is a new high-quality service with a particularly rich color rendering and a high definition of printing to give your images a contrast, brilliance and unmatched depth. We first produce a pigment inkjet print on Epson P20000 on a special high gloss paper. We stick the print under an acrylic glass and then stick them on Dibond plate. The assembly is mounted on custom made aluminium inside subframe or brace.
Alu Mounted Print + Floater : We mount your photo on a 1 mm aluminium plate. We frame it in an floater frame made to measure. Adopted by all the art galleries and major museums, the floater frame will enhance your images by giving the impression that the photo floats unattached to its frame. We offer 3 wood colors: Black, Wenge or White.
Art Frame : We mount your photo on a 1 mm aluminium plate. We frame it in an Art frame made to measure, with a beveled mat, dust-protected and behind a glass plate. The Wood frame and mat will highlight your photo.This very high-end framing is available in several colors. We offer 4 wood colors: Black, Wenge, Oak or White.
Frame max size: 100 x 140 cm. With a 6 cm mat, the opening for the photo is 88 x 128 cm.
Canvas & Subframe : Your photo is Pigment Ink printed on high quality Canvas. The printed Canvas is then mounted on a custom-made Wood stretcher frame.
Suspension system :
All Mounted Prints are delivered with a suspension system in aluminum frame 30 x 18 mm thick, set at 5 cm inside from the border. The paintings and Canvas are also ready to hang.
