HOW TO ORDER AN IMAGE
A collection of photographs for your projects
These galleries feature a selection of photographs created over many years of exploring Mauritius, Rodrigues, and beyond.
Whether your project is for a private residence, hotel, office, restaurant, or commercial space, I will be pleased to help you choose the photograph best suited to your environment.
How does it work?
The photographs presented in these galleries are available under a reproduction licence.
Once I receive your request, I will prepare a personalised quotation based on your specific project.
After your order has been confirmed, you will receive a high-resolution digital file together with a reproduction licence covering the agreed use. The digital file can also be sent directly to your printer.
Requesting a quotation
To prepare an accurate quotation, please provide the following information:
* The reference number of the photograph (displayed beneath each image).
* The number of reproductions required.
* The final dimensions of each reproduction.
* The intended use of the image (private residence, hotel, office, restaurant, retail space, publication, advertising, communication, etc.).
This information allows me to prepare a reproduction licence tailored to your project together with a personalised quotation.
Printing and framing
This gallery does not supply printed photographs or framing.
Your purchase includes a reproduction licence and the high-resolution digital image file required to produce your artwork.
You are free to use the printing and framing company of your choice.
In Mauritius, I recommend WallArt Ltd and The Octopus, although you are welcome to work with any professional print laboratory or framing specialist, whether in Mauritius or abroad.

With over 6,000 images on the site, our SELECTION feature helps you manage your favorite images:
- Add images by clicking '✓ Add to Selection' on the main image or on the thumbnail.
- New visitors: A SELECTION fonder is created upon first use. Save it to your account for future access.
- Each fondre has a unique, shareable URL.
- Client account holders can manage multiple Selection Folders, switch between them, and share with clients via email.
- Selection viewers don't need to log in, but editing requires an account.

Patrick Laverdant is a photographer and visual artist based in Mauritius. His work explores the island’s fragile beauty, from surf culture to saltpans, from fishermen and landscapes to everyday life. With over 30 years immersed in surfing and visual creation, his photography captures the island’s soul through light, texture, and emotion.
His images are offered as limited edition prints, created for those who wish to bring a sense of Mauritian light, culture, and authenticity into their space.
